Beginning Yoga Practice
Instead of waiting for the BYP program to start, try taking one of OMY's many beginner friendly classes! These include Beginner Yoga, Beginner Hatha and Beginner Vinyasa. Also, Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative, Yin and Gentle Yoga are all very appropriate for beginners. One or more are available every day and the instructor is always in the studio at least 30 minutes before class and are welcoming, ready to answer your questions, make you feel comfortable and help you begin your journey!
The BYP Workshop Series meets twice a week for six weeks. During the six weeks you may choose to attend Four Classes in Two Weeks (BYP 2), Eight Classes in Four Weeks (BYP 4) or all Twelve Classes in Six Weeks (BYP 6). Open enrollment lasts until October 9th when only BYP 2 (Four Classes in Two Weeks) will be available.

This class meets twice a week for one hour and is non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling you take ownership of your enrollment for that specific program time and length. No make-up classes are possible. You should make every effort as discipline and dedication is one of the cornerstones of Yoga.
