Bill Lynch

Bill has been developing educational programs for over 20 years and has trained with master teacher's in several branches of Yoga. He began Ozark Mountain Yoga in 2006 as a way to take yoga outdoors with retreats in the National Forests of the Ozark's and events including the annual Ozark Mountain Yoga Festival and is now also a teacher, Yoga Therapist and  Director of Education at OMY.  Bill's background includes studying traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Tantra and Yoga Therapy. His personal practice is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system as taught by teacher Richard Freeman and his intuitive, heart-centered style of teaching focuses on the present moment, breathing techniques, physical postures and movement that promote an invigorating and meditative Yoga practice. 

YTT 200  

8 Weekend Intensives

All of OMY's teacher training tracks meet or exceed Yoga Alliance standards. Those receiving a 200 hour certificate may register as an RYT 200.

YTT 300

12 Weekend Intensives

Those with an approved RYS 200 certificate may apply for the 300 hour program. A 300 hour certificate allows you to register as an RYT 500.

Internship

for the OMY graduate

Internships are available for OMY  graduates which provide  studio and outside opportunities for teaching, service work and program support.
