Everest Yoga Hike

"Join our Everest Yoga Trek and journey into the heart of the Khumbu Valley which is protected by the mighty Himalaya peaks. For thousands of years pilgrims and seekers from India, Nepal, Tibet, and around the world have come to this area to practice yoga and seek spiritual enlightenment. Both Hinduism and Buddhism converge in this area making this an even more spiritual place where any yoga practitioner can meld their love for nature and the mountains, with their yoga practice and meditation. This really is a special trip that includes a clean and delicious vegetarian diet, the opportunity to practice yoga among the Himalaya giants, invigorating hikes, and on the last few days meditation, massage and steam baths to continue cleansing and refreshing the body." - Satori Adventures

A Few Reviews from Previous Ozark Mountain Yoga Retreats

"After returning from the Ozark Mountain Retreat I felt rejuvenated and simply happy. Experienced and talented instructors shared various yoga classes with focus on pranayama and asanas. It was the perfect opportunity to reflect and grow both spiritually and physically with like-minded individuals. The views around the cabin and at Sam's Throne were breathtaking; it was refreshing to be in such a serene location. I got to experience my first real rock climb and even highline slacklining - such a thrill! Thanks to the Nude Foodie our bodies were also nourished with excellent vegan meals throughout the weekend. We were even gifted our own set of Mala beads upon arrival; mine are now a meaningful keepsake that remind me to live with gratitude and love. Thank you so much for this memorable experience!"

“The weekend was great. I liked that there were structured activities along with plenty of free time for each person to choose what he or she needed to do. I liked the variety of yoga, everything from very spiritual practices to more challenging vinyasa. I love my Mala beads & will treasure them always. Sunday was much fun!! I felt very safe with the G.E.O. Adventures crew. They are such nice people – encouraging & professional. Our mountain top yoga practice was so moving. I wish I could practice there daily! The food! Oh my! I miss Grace’s cooking already! Everything was so flavorful.”
